This Returns & Refunds Policy concerns your purchase on this Site, order fulfillment and shipping, returns and any refunds due to you. This Policy uses terms that are defined in the Primus IVS Terms of Use document.

The cost to ship Goods that a User purchases through the Site is calculated based on weight and the shipping option the User selects at the time of purchase. Primus IVS will ship the Goods to the address designated by the User so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract and, as a result, risk of loss and title for the Goods passes to the User upon delivery of the Goods to the carrier.

If a User is not satisfied with their purchase from Primus IVS, for any reason or for no reason, the User may return such Goods within thirty (30) days for a refund of the purchase price of the Goods plus any applicable taxes to the User’s original form of payment. All Goods must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped Goods must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The packing slip in each shipment has specific instructions for returns, but is not a prepaid shipping label. Users will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned Goods.

If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box, and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
